Notice is given that an election for five positions on the JPC, the entire Equal Opportunities Committee, and the JPC charity will be held from Monday 9 February to Thursday 12 February in accordance with Clause 13 of the JP constitution.
Members are to be elected to the following positions:

Members are elected to serve until the JP elections held in Lent 2010.
Members of the JP may also propose charities for Pembroke to make contributions to, and raise money for. In the case of charities, a poster publicizing the charity must be placed on the JP noticeboard by midnight on Sunday 8 February, following hustings, where JP members can propose their chosen charity.
A candidate must inform the JP President, as Returning Officer for the election, of their wish to stand for election to any of the above positions, and give details of their proposer and seconder, by Saturday 7 February at midnight. Hustings will be at 7.30 p.m. on Sunday 8 February in the Junior Parlour. A manifesto must be posted on the JP notice board with the prior permission of the President (nah28) by midnight on Sunday 8
February.
