Pembroke Africa Society
Only recently established, the Pembroke Africa Society aims to organise a volunteering trip to Africa each summer. With opportunities to go to Uganda, Ethiopia and Tanzania in 2012, all the society needs is keen members, willing to help with fundraising for the charities. The Society also hopes to raise awareness for current African issues, and run a few talks over the course of the year. Guaranteed to be an amazing experience – great for the CV and for the soul!
