Welcome the to the Junior Parlour of Pembroke College, Cambridge! The Junior Parlour is the bar and common room for junior members at the college, but it is also a group of people comprising all resident students, graduate and undergraduate.

Suspected viral infection (winter vomiting and fever)

There has been a substantial outbreak of a suspected viral infection in a Cambridge college over the last few days, and all students need to be aware and prepared in order to contain its further spread. Please read this message from the college nurse carefully, and follow the instructions it contains; they come from the city's environmental health officers.

Cambridge University Students' Union elections occur once per year, and include the following roles:

  • Coordinator
  • Access and Funding
  • Women's
  • Ethical Affairs Chair
  • Mental Health
  • Students with Disabilities
  • Mature/Part-time Students and Graduate College Education
  • NUS Delegate

JP elections: Results

The votes were counted immediately after the close of voting, and results
were announced officially at 10 p.m. on Thursday 12 February 2008.

Lent 2009 Elections: Manifestos and Voting Details

Vote online at https://online.pem.cam.ac.uk/vote/jp/ between noon on Monday 9 February and midnight on Tuesday 10 February.
Paper voting will take place at the following times on both Wednesday 11 February and Thursday 12 February:
12.30-1.30 p.m. Hall
1.30-2.30 p.m. Junior Parlour
6.0-7.0 p.m. Hall

Notice of JP elections: Lent 2009

Notice is given that an election for five positions on the JPC, the entire Equal Opportunities Committee, and the JPC charity will be held from Monday 9 February to Thursday 12 February in accordance with Clause 13 of the JP constitution.
